The plan allows me to join a large chain health club and I get a rebate from my health insurance company. For me, that was all of the motivation that I needed to get started working out. My company is very supportive of their employees working out and participating in regular exercise. My boss believes that people who exercise have less sick days and that is good for the company. I totally agree and am doing my part to stay healthy.
